Adfam is a charity organisation which is helping families that are badly affected by drugs and liquor. Here at Adfam, we desire to provide help for persons influenced by someone else's alcohol or drug abuse, and also give them a chance to be a part of a supportive community and to enjoy mental and bodily well being.
Family relationships as well as their mental health are threatened with destruction due to drugs and alcohol use.
We support frontline workers and influence decision-makers to stop this happening and also we empower family member and careers.
What We Appreciate
We listen to frontline workers and families We understand that people who are facing difficulties often have answers. We get informed by our supporters: with the help of sympathy and confirmation we advice, engage, and help both the individuals who are influenced by a friend or family member's drug abuse and those who support them. So that both groups can help themselves, their peers, communities and clients, we build skills, confidence, pathways and resources.
We're Driven By What Works
Our aim is to improve health and happiness decisions in family set up, work place and social gatherings. This is the secret behind our dynamic approach to drug and alcohol abuse. Our work is driven by our supporters, colleagues, friends and what they see.
